Digital Signage Aids Ukrainian Refugees

XOGO has partnered with Mitmark, a UK-based risk advisory company, to provide digital signage solutions at refugee-intake centers across southern Poland.

As a result of the ongoing war with Russia, nearly two million Ukrainian citizens have fled to Poland in recent weeks. Mitmark is helping the arriving refugees by providing digital signage content on large displays at the refugee centers, letting people know the latest news about the conflict, how to register with Polish authorities, where to go for food and shower facilities, and much more.

To create the technology solution, Mitmark set up a high-speed WiFi network at each refugee center, then deployed 55" Samsung Crystal UHD displays with XOGO Mini 2 media players in key locations at each facility. XOGO donated software licenses for all of the players, as well as assistance with the players and content. The program is scaling up and is projected to grow to more than 50 screens.

We're very proud to partner with Mitmark in assisting Ukrainian refugees. If you'd like to help as well, please visit Mitmark's GoFundMe page.
