Zoom Rooms Setup Instructions
Bring your conference rooms to life! Thanks to our Zoom marketplace app, your Zoom Rooms enabled devices can play XOGO digital signage content whenever they are idle. Display corporate communications, videos, KPI dashboards… even your company’s social media feeds. In order to run XOGO Digital Signage on a Zoom Rooms device, please follow the installation steps below. Of course, feel free to contact us with questions for additional help.
Add XOGO Player to your Zoom Room:
a) Log into Zoom as Admin and navigate to Zoom Rooms under Room Management.
b) Select the room you want to setup
c) Select Room Settings
d) Under the Digital Signage tab scroll down to see + Add Content
Select + Add Content to see options
Select XOGO Digital Signage then Add 1 item - Set expiration time to Never Expire when prompted
Configure your Display Period and desired settings and Save
Congratulations!
XOGO Player is now installed on your Zoom Rooms device, and will run on the external display whenever the Zoom Rooms device(s) is/are idle. You can control your digital signage content and playlists remotely (from anywhere!) using XOGO Manager and the getting started page for help. Want to remove XOGO Player from your Zoom Room?
a) Log into Zoom as Admin and navigate to Zoom Rooms under Room Management.
b) Select the desired room, Room Settings and Digital Signage tab
c) Find XOGO Player in the Default Content List and select the 3 dots
d) Select Delete and Save
