Zoom Rooms Setup Instructions

Bring your conference rooms to life! Thanks to our Zoom marketplace app, your Zoom Rooms devices can play XOGO digital signage content whenever they are idle. Display corporate communications, videos, KPI dashboards… even your company’s social media feeds. In order to run XOGO Digital Signage on a Zoom Rooms device, please follow the steps below.

Requirements:

XOGO account (create yours for free at manager.xogo.io)
Active Zoom account with Zoom Rooms enabled
Zoom Rooms device

Part 1: Initial Application Setup

a) Point your web browser to https://zoom.xogo.io and log into the Zoom App Marketplace.

b) Allow the Zoom Player application to initialize and grant the necessary permissions.

c) You will be redirected to https://zoom.xogo.io. Please allow the authorization process to complete.

d) Once authorization is successful, XOGO Player will be available for installation via the Zoom Marketplace.

xogo for zoom rooms, app authorized successfully — You will receive a success message after several seconds. Now we can move to part two.

Part 2: Zoom Rooms Configuration

a) Point your web browser to https://zoom.us/signin and log in. Click on Room Management > Zoom Rooms

b) Click on the room that you would like to set up.

c) Click on Room Settings at the top of the page.

d) Select the Digital Signage tab and then click the +Add Content icon.

e) Browse the app marketplace and to find XOGO Player. Click to add XOGO Player to your Zoom account.

f) Set the expiration time to “never expire”.

g) Choose your desired timeout settings and please set motion detection to OFF. Click to save your settings.

h) The first time your device times out (according to your settings), it will display a XOGO PIN code. Please refer to our Getting Started instructions to add this player to your XOGO account using its PIN code, and send it a playlist of content. xogo for zoom rooms, digital signage, xogo manager for content — Now for the fun part. When your Zoom Rooms device times out the first time it will display a PIN code. Log into XOGO Manager in order to add the device to your XOGO account using this PIN code, and assign it a playlist of content. Adjust your playlists and content anytime via XOGO Manager.
